As far as possible, our products come from controlled organic cultivation or certified wild collection. Together with our producers, we pay attention to maintaining the natural balance. Not only sustainable cultivation is important to us, but also the renunciation of pesticides, a careful use of water and fair trade based on partnership.
We mainly source our products regionally. On the one hand, this protects the environment, and on the other hand, it is our personal commitment to our location in Crete and Greece.

We pack our goods as sustainably as possible and strive to use plastic-free packaging material for shipping. For each new product, we check which packaging is the most ecological and at the same time ensures optimal product protection.
